How will my product ship?
McMurrayhardware.com normally ships orders via UPS. For faster delivery, most items can be shipped via next day or second day air for an additional charge. During online order checkout you will be provided with shipping options and shipping charges. A few items are delivered by truck. Item's requiring truck delivery will be specified in the products description. McMurrayhardware.com receives very competitive freight rates - if you would like an item that is delivered by truck, please contact McMurrayhardware.com for delivery options and charges.
When will my order ship?
In stock items will ship the next business day. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
PO Box Shipping: We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please provide a physical shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping: We cannot ship to APO/FPO destinations.
International Shipping: At the moment, we do not ship to International and U.S. Territory destinations (including Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States).
How can I change my shipping address when placing an order online?
If you have created an account with mcmurrayhardware.com, login. You can make changes to your account by clicking on the "edit" links you'll see after logging in. You can also change or create a new address while checking out.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally received within 1-3 days of shipment.
How will I be notified of shipment?
You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order.
