I Never Received My Order
We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Most orders contain tracking information to confirm delivery status. If information is available for your package, please track your order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into My Account and selecting Order Status.
Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf such as a family member, neighbor, coworker, or building manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or tucked behind bushes out of plain view.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Please note that some oversized items may take 15 business days to arrive and tracking information may be available for delivery confirmation only. Items shipped to Alaksa or Hawaii may take up to 20 business days to arrive.
If you have been waiting over 10 business days (2 weeks) for your order, and have not received it, please contact us at 1-888-533-4533.
How Do I Track My Order
Complete the following steps to track your order:
1. Login to My Account
2. Click on the Order Number you wish to track
3. Click on the tracking number for the item you wish to track.
If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.
Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery on most items.
Oversized items require special shipping arrangements, and will be delivered in 1-6 weeks. Tracking information may not be available.
